Types of Property We Manage


Retail
Businesses that provide goods and services on site, mostly to walk-in customers. Visibility and access are the most important factors.

Examples:  Multi-tenant strip centers, Restaurants, Banks, Regional shopping centers, etc.
Users: Nail salons, a sit-down deli, grocers, restaurants, a bookstore, pool supplies, etc.


Office
Businesses that provide services to customers, but not goods.  Access is more important than visibility.

Examples: Medical office complexes, Office condos, Executive suites.
Users: health clinic, legal offices, real estate offices, insurance agent, developers, etc.


Flex Space
Businesses that need climate-controlled space but have limited number customers.  Access and visibility are as important as the lease rate.
Examples: Light industrial complexes that have been upgraded to climate-controlled space, service centers.
Users: Printing companies, call centers, R&D companies, contract computer repair, catering companies, etc.

Light Industrial
Businesses that need larger spaces for manufacturing, storage, assembly, or the like, with minimal office space. These spaces often require unique elements for specific uses, such as additional power, shipping docks, high ceilings, yard space, etc.

Examples:  Large industrial complexes, storage facilities, incubator facilities, office/warehouses, stand-alone metal buildings.
Users: Large-scale storage, subcontractor headquarters, product manufacturing, product distribution, etc.
