D. Quick Commercial Management, Inc. has managed one of my properties, The Round Rock Executive Building, since July of 1995.  During the fourteen years of this business relationship, Don Quick and his staff have carried out their property management responsibilities with diligence and professionalism.

The Executive Building has enjoyed high occupancy rates.  The property has been marketed well, and the tenant retention has been excellent.  All the property managers that Mr. Quick has assigned to the property have been knowledgeable and hard working.

The managers have been firm but respectful in ensuring rent is paid in a timely manner.  Tenant Ledgers for all the suites are consistently up to date, and needed repairs are taken care of.  Expenses are well controlled, with owner involvement on big ticket items.
